My role involves providing professional assistance to both Charterers and Owners, with the ultimate goal of ensuring the best possible voyage, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Charter Party. Achieving this requires an objective approach, coupled with a diplomatic skill set, to effectively manage any challenges that may arise.

Given the wide range of cargoes and individual carriage requirements associated with each, my work demands a comprehensive understanding of each product and vessel type. Through my extensive knowledge base, I am able to identify and leverage opportunities that will benefit both Charterers and Owners, while ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled to the highest standard.

As a ship operator, my primary objective is to ensure optimal performance on all voyages, while meeting the specific requirements of our customers, and minimizing costs and maximizing income. All of this must be achieved within the strict confines of safety, for the vessel, its crew, the cargo, and the environment.

To achieve these goals, I work tirelessly to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the vessel’s operation, including maintenance, logistics, and personnel management. I leverage my expertise to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and profitability, while always prioritizing the safety and well-being of all stakeholders involved. By adopting a strategic approach to operations management, I strive to deliver results that exceed expectations and establish long-lasting partnerships with customers and stakeholders.

Introduction to, inter alia, chartering, charter parties, ship operations of chemical tankers, demurrage and a general way of thinking in a professional shipping office.

I registered securities, updated portfolios, and provided customer service in the Fund Administration department. This provided an opportunity to gain experience in finance and asset management. I ensured accuracy in securities registration and portfolio management while prioritizing customer satisfaction. This experience gave me a strong foundation in finance principles.

As a caregiver for seniors, I provided nursing, care and activity services, while maintaining a strict schedule and high-quality standards. This role taught me the importance of time management, quality, and empathy.

I began as a floor assistant, then became a cashier and a lock-up manager responsible for the store’s evening operations, account settlements, and security. This experience taught me valuable skills in customer service, attention to detail, and effective management.
